Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship (almost) everywhere. Please contact us for delivery times and rates for International Shipping.

What are your shipping charges and delivery times?

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery rates below:

United Kingdom

Via Royal Mail as standard (48 hours)

For other worldwide destinations, please contact us and we can advise on the delivery times and costs.

Will I be charged Customs Duties or Taxes?

Orders outside the EU may attract customs duty, which will have to be paid by the customer.

No duties or taxes will apply to orders shipped within the EU.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to process and ship orders placed before 11am the same day. Orders placed on weekends and after 11am on weekdays will ship the next business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) Friday will be processed the following Monday.

How do I track my order?

Please refer to the shipping confirmation email, which will include your tracking number.

How can I cancel or make changes to my order?

We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible. To cancel or make a change, in the first instance please contact us by email at scrubzbyzs [at] gmail [dot] com and we will do our best to help!

What is your returns policy?

BYZS will provide exchanges or refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date provided that items are returned to us in their original packaging.

For all return packages, please ensure that these are sent tracked as unfortunately we cannot process returns for items lost in transit.

All refunds will be made to the card originally used to purchase the goods. Refund processing times may vary by card issuer.

Any returns received outside the 14 days are accepted at the discretion of byzaizah. This does not affect your statutory rights.
